Time & Materials

The Time & Materials Plan gives you a "pay as you go" option. It is designed for businesses with minimal support needs and requires a travel charge for on site service.

Hourly rates and support contracts are available upon request and are determined by engineer skill/experience level required to complete task. Travel and distance charges may apply if outside of our standard coverage area.

Preferred Client The Preferred Client Plan gives you a "pay in advance" option, thereby reducing your hourly service rate and travel charge. Prepaid hours never expire if you do not use them and can be used for both on site and telephone based technical support. The Preferred Client Plan is designed for businesses with moderate on-going support requirements. Preferred Clients receive priority status for on site service

Minimum Charges Two (2) hour minimum plus travel charge.
Additional Hours Billed in ½ hour increments after the second hour.
Normal Service Hours 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday to Friday
After Hours Emergency Service Service started after normal service hours billed at one-and-a half times Hourly Rate. Weekend, Holiday and Emergency service is billed at two (2) times Hourly rate.

Areas Covered
Travel Charges apply to all locations in the currently serviced areas in the City of Los Angeles. For cities and counties that do not apply, portal to portal charges apply.
